The Legacy

Built upon generations of artistic excellence, cultural memory, and community care, Auntie Ms. Shari’s Place carries forward the enduring legacy of the Bowen Peters School of Dance and the teachings of mentors Dr. Angela Bowen and Mr. Kenneth I. Peters while helping shape a new generation of artists, leaders, and cultural ambassadors in the state of Maryland our new home.

Through discipline, creativity, cultural heritage, and artistic expression, we seek to inspire minds, move bodies, and uplift communities for generations to come.
